Jeena PS For Thiruvananthapuram Against Kozhikode At The 1st Semi Final of State Basketball

Kanhangad 15th, 2015: Defending champions Thiruvananthapuram will take on  Pallakkad in the women division which will be a repeat like previous year's final. And in the men's first division the defending champions Ernakulum will take on Kozhikode in the final of the of  the 60^th Senior State Basketball Championship for Men and Women at the twin Basketball courts of the GVHSS Floodlight Stadium here at Kanhangad.

Pathanamthitta Men Against Thiruvananthapuram in Men Quarter Final Match

In the men's section  the 1^st Men semi final we witness a neck to neck fight between two professional sides as it ended in the favor of Ernakulum, the team which had a major participation from Customs and central excise and defeated Thiruvananthapuram where their major contribution was from KSEB 49-45 and in the second semi final  it was an fight between the two younger sides. Kozhikode making it into the finals in the senior division after a long interval by defeated Kottayam with the score 54-47.

Thiruvananthapuram Against Pathanamthitta In Quarter Final Match

In the women's division Thiruvananthapuram being the favorites with three internationals Jeena, Stephy and Anjanna defeated Kozhikode 63-34 while and the second semifinals Palakkad defeated Thrissur 53-43  to reach the final.

Earlier In the quarter final matches Thriuvananthaurm women defeated  Kottayam 58-41 while in an excting women quarterfinal Pallakad has to fight against Kollam as Pallakad won this one in a beatiful team game style by defeating their opponents 69-53.

Arjun GK For Thiruvananthapuram Against Pathanamthitta In Men Quarter Final

In men division quarterfinal matches were played by defending Champion Ernakulum that defeted Kasrgod 72-59 ,Thiruvananthapuram beat Pathanmthitta 42-22 ,Kottayam beat Alapuzha 67-54 ,Kozhikode beat Thrssur 69-56 to complete the Semi finals line up.

Kerala Basketball Association to Honor 2015 Internationals. Kerala Basketball Association will also honor the Coaches as well as the International Participants of Kerala in the Year 2015 on  the Final day of the State Senior Basketball Championship hera at Govt Vocational HSS in South Kanghagad and also will be honoring the All India Inter University Champions Kozhikode University.
