New BFI Election Dates Announced

Following last month’s Delhi High Court judgment appointing an administrator to facilitate BFI elections, the new election dates have been announced.

Following last month’s Delhi High Court judgment appointing an administrator to facilitate BFI elections, the new election dates have been announced.

The BFI elections will now be held on July 5, 2023, with the results declared later the same day.

There are 26 posts in the BFI executive committee for which nominations have been received. These include the crucial posts of President, Secretary General and Treasurer, besides 7 Vice Presidents (including 1 Lady Vice President), 5 Joint Secretaries and 11 members of the executive board.

The elections will be conducted in New Delhi at the office of the administrator, located at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium.
