Lawrence School Ooty plays host to Dribble Academy

Lawrence School, Lovedale​ (Ooty) played host to a basketball skill development camp conducted by Dribble Academy​. Over 100 kids worked on their fundamentals of ball handling, passing, shooting form and offensive and defensive principles.

"The players are out working each other, many of them get up at 5 am when it's around 14 degrees but they are a no excuse team. Mr Kuldeep has given me this opportunity and I'm looking forward to conducting many more camps like this." said coach Pradyut Voleti.

About Dribble Academy

Dribble Academy, a grassroots coaching academy, is based out of the Gheja Village of Noida.

Voleti has trained under the legendary Ganon Baker and understands the what and how of individual skill development. “The Gheja Village Project has around 120 kids, 50 of them being girls ages ranging from 6 year olds to 14,” says Voleti. “These kids come from different backgrounds. But mostly their parents are drivers and domestic helps and some of them work in the village itself running a tea stall or are vegetable vendors.”
