K V Hebbal Boys And Greenwood High Girls Win Rotary Inter School Basketball Tournament

Bengaluru, 24 January 2016: The Rotary Club in Bangalore conducted an interschool tournament in the city. High flying action was displayed by our young talents at this tournament in the Kanteerava courts. K V Hebbal boys and Greenwood High girls disappointed Bishop Cottons  who were the double finalist. K V Hebbal took an early led at the half by a huge margin of 15 points. Prabhat the top scorer of K V Hebbal was unstoppable with his 17 points as he out scored his opponents to grab an easy victory.

In the girls final it was a neck to neck competition with many lead changes throughout the game. GreenwoodHigh took this one from Bishop Cottons by finishing the game with a one point victory. An all round play, especially defense by Tanya of Greenwood High to be able to stop a powerful Bishop Cottons offense.
