In a bold step towards transforming sports education in India, CoLLearn has launched its Industry Integrated Sports Management Program (IISMP) in collaboration with Rush Sports.
This nine-month, full-time course, certified by AIMA under AICTE, aims to redefine sports-focused degrees by replacing classroom theory with real-world industry immersion from day one.
The inaugural batch is already underway, with the next one scheduled to begin on February 4, 2026. All students will be required to relocate to Bangalore for the duration of the program, where they will work directly at Rush facilities and partner venues.

Unlike traditional MBAs that focus heavily on theory and general business subjects, the CoLLearn PGP is entirely sports-centric. While most MBAs offer internships only in the final semester, CoLLearn students are placed in a fellowship with Rush Sports right from the first month. They will also earn a ₹10,000 monthly stipend during their fellowship.
The curriculum is entirely sports-centric. The faculty includes 50+ leading professionals from organizations like ESPN, IPL franchises, and GoSports, providing students direct access to the Indian sports industry.
By the end of nine months, they graduate with a qualification, 100% job placement, and have gained practical exposure across key areas like event management, arena operations, sponsorships, athlete management, sports analytics, and IP development.
