DYES teams crowned champions

The Department of Youth Empowerment and Sports (DYES) teams have been crowned champions in the State Junior (U-18) Basketball Championship for boys and girls. In the boys section, DYES Bangalore beat Beagles 63-43 while in the girls section, DYES Vidyanagar stayed ahead of Young Orions 23-18.

Boys: 1. Young Orions 53 (Dharani 15) bt Bharath S U 43 (Avyukth 18) HT 28-25. 2. DYES Bangalore 63 (Mufeez 23) bt Beagles BC 43 (Pranay 18) HT 27-22.
