Delhi Jr NBA: ITL Public School, Fr. Agnel Noida, Chhotu Ram MPS and NEM Public School win U-12 & U-14 titles
180+ teams made their way from across the city to participate in the Under-12 and Under-14 categories.
New Delhi: The Reliance Foundation Jr. NBA 3on3 Regional Championship was met with excitement in New Delhi as 180+ teams made their way from across the city to participate in the Under-12 and Under-14 categories.
ITL Public School and Fr. Agnel School Noida clinched the boys’ and girls’ titles respectively in the U-12 category of the tournament. In the U-14 category, Chhotu Ram Memorial Public School (MPS). bagged the title for boys’ and National Education Mission (NEM) Public School gained victory amongst the girls.
In the U-12 boys’ final, ITL Public School beat The Mann School 14-12 and for U-12 girls’ tournament, Fr. Agnel Noida beat Apex Public School 9-7.
With respect to the boys’ U-14, Chhotu Ram MPS outperformed Shri Kalyan High School 13-12 leading the way to bag the title. NEM Public School beat Bal Bharti Public School Pitampura in the U-14 girls’ tournament with 12-8 score.
All four winners have qualified for the National Championship to be held in Delhi in the next few weeks. The Reliance Foundation Jr NBA program will head to Kolkata and Aizawl next in its effort to reach boys and girls across 14 cities leading up to the National Championships.
