7th St. Joseph's All Kerala Inter School Basketball Tournament

Mundakayam, 7th December, 2016: St. Thomas HSS, Kozhencherry (Sports Hostel Krianoor)  beat Girideepam  Bethanny Kottayam 70-67 in the boys section, and Mount Carmel HSS, Kottayam defeated Girideepam Betahnny 55-46 in the girls section to claim the 7^th St. Joseph's All Kerala Inter School Basketball Tournament here at the Central School in Mundakayam.

In the semi-finals Girideepam girls beat Christ Central School, Thiruvalla 25-8, and Mount Carmel beat St. Joseph's HSS, Alapuzha 55-46 to reach the finals.

In the boys category, Girideepm beat SH Changancherry, 60-44 to reach the final where they faced St. Thomas HSS, Kozhencherry.
