6th Late Rajabhau Chitale Memorial championship fixtures

The 6th Late Rajabhau Chitale Memorial Under-13 district basketball championship will be held at Millennium National School, Near Vandevi Mandir, Kothrud, Pune, from 4 - 11 March 2016. Poona district teams will be selected on the basis of their performance to represent the city at the forthcoming state inter-district championship.

A total of 51 teams of boys and girls squads will participate in this 8 day long tournament and total 83 matches will be played on a league cum knockout basis.

Last year, the winners in the boys category was Kamal Nayan Bajaj School and in the girls, it was St. Marys School.

Mr Indraneel Chitale, Mr Sanjay Chitale, Mrs Varsha Chitale, Mrs Amita Chitale and Mr Anvit Phatak will grace the occasion at the opening ceremony tomorrow afternoon, at 4.30p.m.
